Driving Siebel migration to SFDC

Revision of migration scenarios for entities affected by the Siebel de-commissioning by Salesforce (France, Germany, United Kingdom), migration planning, reporting. Coordination MOA / MOE, creation of user adoption dashboards for the 3 countries concerned.

Manage Salesforce UAT including SAP interfaces.

Writing of the test and recipe book, training of the users, accompanying the execution of the tests, support in the debug of the anomalies and proposition of evolution of the solution.
